(1) In the event that a public prosecutor is absent from a public prosecutor's office or his position is vacant, any public prosecutor who is present in that office may perform the work required to be done by such a public prosecutor according to this regulation.
(2) In the event that a public prosecutor of a subordinate office is absent or his position is vacant, the work to be done by such a public prosecutor according to this regulation can be done by a public prosecutor at any level of the taluk office.
(3) Except as stated in sub-rule (2), in the event that a public prosecutor is absent from a public prosecutor's office or his position is vacant, the work to be done by such a public prosecutor according to this regulation shall be done by a public prosecutor from another office, the Attorney General or the relevant associate attorney within his area may designate.
